Spuds are 1/2 and 3/4 inch pipe tapped fittings designed for projection welding assembly.
Two feeders store, elevate, orient and face select the Spuds at 28 pieces, each, per minute.
Parts are tracked to a pair pf conveyors and live fed to stop nests for robotics removal and assembly.
Each conveyor has shuttle devices to get Spuds onto another pair of live feed conveyors with end stops for a second robot assembly station.
