"Brackets Staged for action!"
They are stored, elevated, and oriented to hang by their offsets between parallel rails, facing all one way, with hole shanks down.
A live feed track stores and moves parts to a one-at--a-time escapement.
One escaped part moves to a dead end stop, then a second part moves to a retractable stop on the same live feed rails.
A pair of parts is, thereby, staged on 5-1/2 inch centers for pick-up action, on 20 second cycles. A ten second cycle could easily be made.
Both part sizes work in common tooling with a 30 second adjustment.
